Betain hcl ist für mich zum unentbehrlichen Alltagsbegleiter geworden. Nicht nur, dass ich endlich normal und ohne viele Blähungen verdauen kann, sondern auch in Bezug auf den Homocysteinwert. Dieser ist von unterirdischen 23,7 auf fast normal (12,4) gesunken, innerhalb von ca. 3 Jahren. Ich nehme 4 Kapseln pro Tag, während des Essens. Der Wirkstoff wird so meiner Erfahrung nach gleichmäßig im Nahrungsbrei im Magen verteilt.
